Punk Economics

A highlight from our ongoing relationship with Punk Economics and David McWilliams which we produced, filmed and edited. Here, McWilliams talks about the effects of shrinking crop stockpiles, increases in biofuel demand and commodity speculation. These changes herald a possible end for cheap, accessible food across the world and the content of his City Talk explored how cities can respond: complex ideas which we distilled with our unique live animation.

This text launched to a full house in Sydney in November 2012 at a Sydney Talk Event. The music, by the way, is from Mutefish, Eric McGrath and It Was All A Bit Black & White – great bands which we recommend you check out!
